The Monitoring Manhole Cover by Martin Products is a heavy-duty cast iron solution designed specifically for monitoring wells. With a round shape measuring 12"x12" and a long metal skirt, this manhole cover is built to withstand tough conditions.

Certified by an independent laboratory, this manhole cover meets or exceeds H20 and AASHTO M306 roadway loading requirements, making it suitable for high-traffic areas. Its watertight design ensures maximum protection, thanks to the Buna N rubber gasket, stainless steel bolts, gasket washers, and embossable ID plates.

In addition to its durability, this manhole cover features a galvanized sheet metal skirt that adds strength and longevity. Despite its heavy-duty construction, the plastic skirt is lightweight and cost-effective. It can even be easily field cut with just a hand saw.
